Our trainings are led by highly experienced injectors, and every nurse is carefully supervised
throughout the entire process to ensure your comfort and safety. We are truly grateful and excited
to have you join us as a model—you play an essential role in helping future injectors master their craft.
Together, we’ll make your session not just safe and rewarding, but also fun, relaxed, and memorable.
To sign up for our classes as a model, please do the following:
- Fill out the linked form below with your information, and make sure to include your photos using the upload button on the form.

Model Price:
- Lips: $400 (1 full syringe)
- Full face: $1,500 (5–6 syringes)
- BEFORE YOU PAY, RECEIVE APPROVAL BY ONE OF OUR TRAINERS – THEY WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY USING THE CONTACT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED ON THE MODEL APPLICATION FORM.

WHEN SUBMITTING MODEL PHOTOS, please have someone use the rear phone camera to take your pictures.
Avoid filters and makeup, and ensure good lighting. Submit six photos: one facing the camera,
left and right side profiles, left and right side profiles making a kissy face,
and one centered making a kissy face. Scroll to the bottom to see the attached reference photos for guidance. -
UPON APPROVAL, submit payment via ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
- Zelle to (480) 516-2787, and INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME in the Memo field of your payment.
IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED BY ONE OF OUR TRAINERS, DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE PAYMENT.
